How to Clean SunSaver Window Film
- 1). Pour distilled water into one spray bottle. Pour a mixture of distilled water and gentle detergent into another spray bottle. It is important to use distilled water and not tap water. Some tap waters can be "hard" and can do more harm than good to your SunSaver window film.
- 2). Spray your windows with the water and gentle detergent mixture.
- 3). Wipe any spots with a cotton cloth dampened with water. Spray with the distilled water if you need to. There is no need to rub the spots hard. Just gently dab the spots with the damp rag.
- 4). Rinse windows with the pure water spray bottle. Use the rubber end of the squeegee to wipe the water downwards to the bottom of the window. Dry up any pooled water at the bottom of your window with a dry cotton rag.
